You buy a specific model from the 6700 series, either the 6750, 6770 or 6790, but NEVER a "series" GPU. It always has a specific name, but either of the drivers will work as the drivers always support every GPU from that entire generation.

The HD 7570 will not come close to the recommended card for this game and it barely meets the minimum requirement so your experience may not be that good. I'm seeing the minimum of an HD 6670 which is better than your HD 7570. However, I would try to install the 14.4 driver to see if it will work on the Dell OEM card.
